Meter Reading Input System

The City of Syracuse Water Department is now offering a new service enabling customers
to submit their water meter readings online. All that you need is an e-mail account with Internet access.

Here's how it works:

• After enrolling you will receive an e-mail requesting a meter read every 3 months prior to billing.

• The e-mail will contain a link that connects to our Web site where you can enter your reading.

• Click on that link and follow the on-screen directions to submit your reading.

If you change your e-mail address, click here to enter the new address on our system.

If you no longer want to receive e-mail requests, click here to remove your address from our system.
